Sarah is a strategic leader driven to help organizations enable their leaders to thrive, build sustainable high performing cultures, and achieve dynamic business success. She brings the unique value of having worked in many industries and countries, and a proven track record of change management and designing cultures where teams and leaders evolve and excel. She has spent 20+ years in corporate (Deloitte, Amazon, Qualcomm, Resmed), more than half of that leading initiatives in workforce development, attrition, retention, and brand awareness, while designing and delivering solutions tailored to business and product needs. She has also worked in government and many nonprofits worldwide, including the United Nations. Sarah is a San Diego native, and a global citizen at heart. She has traveled to over 60 countries, speaks 3.5 languages and thrives at the intersection of enabling leaders, project and change management, and leveraging technology for good. She currently sits on three non-profit boards and many advisory councils lending her strategic community outreach and development lens. Why Sarah?
