Sarah is a social impact leader driven to help organizations thrive and achieve sustainable high performance with a strategic inclusive lens. She brings the unique value of having worked in many industries and countries, and a proven track record of designing cultures where teams evolve and achieve their goals. She has spent 20+ years in corporate (Deloitte, Amazon, Qualcomm, Resmed), more than half of that leading initiatives in culture building, retention, and achieving growth goals while designing and delivering solutions tailored to business needs. She has also worked in government and many nonprofits worldwide, including the United Nations and InterNews. Sarah is a San Diego native, and a global citizen at heart. She has traveled to over 60 countries, speaks 3.5 languages, and thrives at the intersection of empowering communities in need, transforming cultures, and leveraging technology for good. She currently sits on six non-profit boards. Why Sarah?
